Geoff Neal made his MMA debut on the 25th of August, 2012 at Xtreme Combar Productions: Blood & Glory. David McAfee was his first opponent and Neal saw him off with ease with a first-round submission win.
He then knocked out Zack Board before suffering his first career loss, against Martin Sano. Neal then bounced back with four straight wins before being knocked out by UFC’s very own Kevin Holland.
Fighting for the vacant XKO Middleweight Championship, Neal was finished by a flurry of punches from Holland in the third round.
He then made his entry into the UFC through Dana White’s Contender Series. Following a win over Chase Waldon at DWCS 3, Neal made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night: Cowboy vs Medeiros in February 2018. He took on Brian Camozzi and submitted him in the very first round.
Neal then went on to beat Frank Camacho, Belal Muhammad, Niko Price and Mike Perry before taking on Stephen Thompson. At UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs Neal, Thompson became the first man to beat Neal.
Neal, lost his next fight as well, against Neil Magny.
His MMA record reads 16 wins and 6 defeats.
