Kane stormed to the top of the Bundesliga goalscoring charts last season – even going close to Robert Lewandowski’s all-time single-campaign record of 41 on his way to 36 strikes – and he has carried that form into the current term. The England captain has already struck three hat-tricks, including against 2023/24 runners-up VfB Stuttgart, taking his total tally of trebles to seven in less than one and a half seasons. A hamstring injury in the Klassiker against Borussia Dortmund stopped him in his tracks but he returned to action on Matchday 15 and has been in fine scoring form so far in 2025.
