Since breaking into the first-team at Anfield under Jurgen Klopp last season, the Northern Irishman has been a revelation.

Despite being just 21, Conor Bradley has already emerged as a brilliant understudy to Trent Alexander-Arnold, who Arne Slot has also relied upon this season.

Bradley has made just six starts in total under Slot this campaign and while he would want more game time in the future, the youngster will be delighted to know that the Dutchman trusts him.

After all, Arne Slot has handed the highly-rated wonderkid 22 appearances across all competitions this term.

With the Castlederg-defender still being a developing prospect, there is no rush for him to become Liverpool’s starting right-back already.

Bradley will be aware of this being the case and be satisfied with life under Arne Slot and as a Liverpool first-team player.

The Reds starlet’s talent has stood out from day one, with Jurgen Klopp raving about Bradley during his final season at the club as well.

Liverpool are huge fans of Bradley as a whole, offering him a 650 per cent pay rise as they have offered him a contract extension beyond 2027 — according to a report by the Sun.

The report mentions that while the Carabao Cup winner currently earns £10,000-a-week, his weekly wages could rise up to a staggering £75,000 if he puts pen to paper.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is ready to join Real Madrid, which has prompted Liverpool to do everything in their power to tie Bradley down to a new deal – who last signed a contract renewal with the club in 2023.

The Liverpool star’s sights will be set on becoming the heir to Alexander-Arnold if he does leave in the summer.

When could Bradley sign new Liverpool contract?

For Bradley, staying at Liverpool on a long-term basis might have theoretically been a question mark had the Englishman committed his future to his boyhood club.

But so far, no signs suggest that Alexander-Arnold will reject Real Madrid’s advances, giving his deputy a golden opportunity to succeed the Champions League winner.

But the aforementioned report also states that Bradley and Liverpool are “aligned in principle.”

As a result, Arne Slot’s side could well sort out his brand-new deal before the end of the ongoing season.

With a pay rise on the table for Bradley, he will now be on par with some of Liverpool’s senior players.

Before even the summer transfer window, it looks like the league leaders could wrap up one of their best pieces of business.
