Fulham lineup vs. Brighton: Predicted XI for Premier League clash

Fulham will be without at least four players for Saturday’s Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium.

Reiss Nelson (thigh) Kenny Tete (knee) and Harry Wilson (fractured foot) all remain sidelined with injuries, with the former at risk of remaining out for the rest of this season.

Marco Silva has confirmed that Adama Traore is a doubt and will be assessed ahead of kickoff after the winger sustained an ankle problem in Fulham’s FA Cup fifth-round victory on penalties against Manchester United last weekend.

Sasa Lukic received his 10th booking of the season last time out and will now serve a two-match suspension. Andreas Pereira is the most likely candidate to start in a deeper midfield role alongside Sander Berge, although both Harrison Reed and Tom Cairney are other options at Silva’s disposal.

Pereira dropping deeper would allow for Emile Smith Rowe to be restored in the number 10 role, while Alex Iwobi could move over to the right flank if Willian is recalled to start on the left in the potential absence of Traore.

Raul Jimenez is expected to replace Rodrigo Muniz up front; all nine of the Mexican’s Premier League goals this season have either put Fulham ahead (six) or drawn them level (the) in a match, the most goals by any player with a 100% record in both categories so far this term.

Fulham possible starting lineup: Leno; Castagne, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Berge, Pereira; Iwobi, Smith Rowe, Willian; Jimenez
