Can Bayern Munich finish off Bayer Leverkusen?
Bayern Munich might hold a 3-0 lead on aggregate heading into its match with Bayer Leverkusen on Tuesday, but winger Serge Gnabry is cautioning everyone to stop thinking ahead.
Gnabry knows that Bayern Munich cannot afford to let up give the miracle comebacks that that Bayer Leverkusen has had over the past two seasons.
“Everyone thinks we already have one foot in the quarterfinals. But it’s not that simple. We still need to give our best. We’ve got a good advantage at 3-0. We’ll try our all,” Gnabry said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Bayer Leverkusen will be operating without Florian Wirtz, but Xabi Alonso has a good group of attackers he can use to generate chances. Will Bayer Leverkusen have enough to make one more miracle run?
