Everton are set to lock horns with West Ham United at home in a Premier League fixture this weekend. The former side had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Brentford in their previous game. But they will be motivated to do better this time.

The Toffees have all the resources to overpower the Hammers with the support of the home crowd. This game will somewhere set their tempo for the upcoming fixtures against the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal after the international break.

Defence

Jordan Pickford had a decent game last week and he is expected to don the gloves for the Toffees once again. Seamus Coleman has fully recovered from his calf injury and should get some minutes in this fixture. However, he is unlikely to replace Jake O’Brien at the right-back to start.

James Tarkowski and Jarrad Branthwaite are forming the heart of the defence yet again. Moreover, Vitalii Mykolenko providing his services as the left full-back in the side.

Midfield

The holding midfield duo of James Garner and Idrissa Gueye is working effectively. They are expected to be deployed in the middle of the park yet again.

Attack

Jesper Lindstrom continues to provide his services from the right flank with Jack Harrison operating on the left side of the pitch. Abdoulaye Doucoure is once again playing as the attacking midfielder with Beto running in front of him, much closer to the opponent’s goal.

Iliman Ndiaye, Dwight McNeil, Orel Mangala (all knee), Dominic Calvert-Lewin (thigh) and Armando Broja (ankle) are all unavailable for Everton for selection for this fixture.
