Getafe will be bidding to build on their excellent win over Atletico Madrid last time out when they continue their La Liga campaign with an away fixture against Osasuna on Sunday night.
The visitors are currently 12th in the La Liga table, picking up 33 points from 27 matches this season, while Osasuna are 14th, level on points with their opponents this weekend.

Osasuna have a record of seven wins, 12 draws and seven defeats from their 26 league matches this season, with a total of 33 points leaving them in 14th spot in the table, seven points clear of the relegation zone and four points off seventh-placed Mallorca.
Los Rojillos will enter the match off the back of a 3-3 draw with Valencia, and they have shared the points in three of their last four matches, also drawing with Mallorca and Real Madrid.
Vicente Moreno‘s side have not been victorious in La Liga since the start of February, and the team have been the draw specialists in Spain’s top flight this term, sharing the points on 12 occasions in their 26 matches.
Osasuna have been strong in front of their own supporters this season, picking up 24 points from 14 matches, but Getafe have a reasonable away record this term, claiming 14 points from their 13 games on their travels.
Los Rojillos recorded a 3-2 victory over Getafe in the corresponding match last season, but the points were shared in a 1-1 draw when the two teams locked horns in the reverse game earlier this term.

Getafe have won three of their last five league games against Osasuna, though, with their last away success over Sunday’s opponents coming in September 2022.
The Deep Blue Ones have a record of eight wins, nine draws and 10 defeats from their 27 league matches this season, with 33 points leaving them in 12th position in the table.
Jose Bordalas‘ side are level on points with Osasuna, while they sit four points behind Mallorca in seventh, and it is incredibly crowded in the middle of the division, with four points separating seventh and 14th.
Getafe will enter this match off the back of an excellent result, having beaten Atletico 2-1 in front of their own fans last weekend, while the team have been victorious in three of their last five league fixtures.
The capital outfit have only lost twice in Spain’s top flight since the winter break, and they should be looking up the division rather than down at this stage, with a top-half spot certainly achievable for the Deep Blue Ones.

Osasuna are hopeful that Aimar Oroz will shake off a muscular problem in time to make the XI, while Jesus Areso should also be fit, but Aitor Fernandez will miss out with a foot injury.
Oroz netted a brace against Valencia last time out, and his absence would be a huge miss, so Osasuna will wait as late as possible before deciding whether the Spaniard can start.
Ante Budimir is another player enjoying a fine season, scoring 14 times in La Liga during the 2024-25 campaign, and the Croatian will once again operate in the final third of the field.
As for Getafe, Yellu Santiago is suspended due to the yellow card that he picked up against Atletico last weekend, but the visitors are otherwise in excellent shape for the fixture with Osasuna.
Head coach Bordalas is expected to name the majority of the players that took to the field for the first whistle against Atletico, but there could be a change at centre-forward, with Borja Mayoral potentially replacing Alvaro Rodriguez.
Mauro Arambarri scored twice from central midfield against Atletico, and the number eight will again be in the XI, while Coba is also expected to feature down the left for the Deep Blue Ones.
Osasuna possible starting lineup:
Herrera; Areso, Boyomo, Catena, Bretones; Moncayola, Torro; Ruben Garcia, Oroz, Zaragoza; Budimir
Getafe possible starting lineup:
Soria; Dakonam, Duarte, Alderete, Rico; Terrats, Uche, Milla, Arambarri, Coba; Mayoral
We say: Osasuna 1-1 Getafe
It was 1-1 when the two teams locked horns earlier this season, and we are predicting the same scoreline here; Osasuna are the draw specialists, with two of their last four league matches finishing 1-1, and we are expecting another stalemate on Sunday.
