Rasmus Hojlund’s representatives are already working on potential summer landing spots for the Manchester United striker, TBR Football can exclusively reveal.
Hojlund is enduring a difficult season at Man United, scoring only three goals in 24 Premier League matches.
Perhaps some would have hoped that Ruben Amorim’s arrival could have sparked better form for the Dane, but he has still been bereft of confidence in front of goal.
And whilst Hojlund netted in United’s 3-0 win at Leicester City before the international break, there’s still considerable work to be done to prove that he’s the number nine to lead the club forward.
Rasmus Hojlund’s representatives are keen on Serie A return
That being said, TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey understands that Hojlund’s agents are doing work on potential options to leave the club, with Italy seen as a good solution for the former Atalanta striker.
Publicly, United are backing Hojlund and the young striker himself is determined to fight for his place – the Dane would ideally like to stay and fulfill his potential at Old Trafford.

However, Hojlund is also aware of interest that exists in him and a fresh start is also under consideration.
As mentioned, the striker’s stock in Serie A remains very high and it was previously revealed that Napoli had strong interest in Hojlund.
As a result, a double-deal that could see Victor Osimhen move in the other direction is being considered by both clubs.
Rasmus Hojlund could replace Benjamin Sesko at RB Leipzig
Given that Juventus are set to sell Dusan Vlahovic this summer, they too are in the market for another frontman and they are also major admirers of Hojlund.
And in addition, TBR can also reveal that there is interest from Germany.
RB Leipzig are braced to lose Benjamin Sesko this summer and are interested in Hojlund – but the only Bundesliga keeping tabs on the situation.
Bayer Leverkusen and Champions League chasing Mainz are also keen on the United striker, who wouldn’t be short of options should he decided to leave.
On his part, Hojlund is open to the prospect of moving to Germany and his twin brothers, Oscar and Emil, both play their football there with Eintracht Frankfurt and Schalke, respectively.
