Ola Aina came through Chelsea academy but moved to Torino in 2018 to get adequdate amount of game-time. He made his return to the Premier League when Nottingham Forest signed him in the summer of 2023. The return has been fruitfut so far.
Aina is one of the most important members of Nottingham Forest and is putting in solid performances this season. He has two goals and an assist in 30 games so far. He is averaging 1.8 tackles, 1 interception, and 3 clearances per game (stats via whoscored).
The Nigerian primarily plays as the right-back but can also operate as the left full-back if required. He is known for his aggressive style of play and incredible dribbling skills. He provides value in the defensive section but is also a vital contributor while going higher on the pitch.
Ola Aina can provide useful powers
Chelsea have been inconsitent this season despite spending large in the transfer window. Bringing so many players haven’t helped them in grouping a working XI. However, they remain keen on building a winning long-term project.
