Battling for a place in League B of the UEFA Nations League, Georgia are set to host Armenia at the Boris Paichadze Stadium for the second leg of their playoff on Sunday.
The hosts have a commanding three-goal lead heading into this weekend’s clash, and it will take a remarkable comeback for the visitors to earn promotion.
We say: Georgia 2-1 Armenia
Georgia have a commanding lead from the first leg and it will take a memorable comeback for Armenia to make their way into League B from this position.
However, with the visitors having spent more time with their new manager, they could cause some problems for the hosts, even if they eventually lose.

Serbia and Austria square off in the second leg of their UEFA Nations League playoff when they meet in Belgrade on Sunday evening.
The fixture to determine who will feature in League A during the next edition is currently locked at 1-1 on aggregate after Thursday’s stalemate in Vienna.
We say: Serbia 2-1 Austria (Serbia to win 3-2 on aggregate)
While there is much to like about Austria under Rangnick, they may feel that they have missed out by only earning a share of the spoils on Thursday. Serbia are now the favourites to retain their spot in League A, and we think that they will do enough to edge this contest in the closing stages.

Scotland will look to defend their 1-0 first-leg victory when they take on Greece in the second leg of their promotion/relegation playoff matchup in the UEFA Nations League.
The visitors will travel to Hampden Park with the difficult task of overturning the one-goal deficit as they aim to secure promotion to the competition’s top tier.
We say: Scotland 1-1 Greece
Scotland will be confident as they return to Hampden Park with a 1-0 lead, but Greece must not be underestimated, as they have won all of their last four matches away from home.
However, Scotland’s home advantage will certainly have an affect, and while we believe Greece will breach their defence, we ultimately expect the spoils to be shared and the hosts to secure their place in League A.

Turkey will hope to maintain their first-leg lead and advance into League A of the UEFA Nations League on Sunday when they travel to Puskas Arena to take on Hungary.
The visitors boast a commanding lead following their 3-1 victory in the first leg on March 20, a game in which Sunday’s hosts wasted a number of opportunities in front of goal while Turkey were clinical.
We say: Hungary 1-1 Turkey (Turkey win 4-2 on aggregate)
Turkey will be able to surrender possession to their hosts, and it would not be surprising if they created chances during counter-attacks.
Hungary’s recent defensive vulnerability makes it difficult to see them keeping a clean sheet, and they could find themselves relegated from League A by the time Sunday’s match ends.

Iceland and Kosovo will complete their UEFA Nations League promotion/relegation playoff tie on Sunday, when they meet at the Estadio Nueva Condomina in Spain.
Kosovo head into the second leg with a narrow aggregate lead, after winning on home soil on Thursday.
We say: Iceland 1-1 Kosovo (Kosovo win 3-2 on aggregate)
We certainly anticipate a tight contest between two resilient sides with quality in their ranks on Sunday.
With a slender lead to defend, Kosovo should have enough to stay ahead on neutral ground.

Slovenia will welcome Slovakia for the second leg of their UEFA Nations League playoff tie on Sunday evening, with the contest delicately poised following a goalless draw in the first leg on Thursday night.
Slovakia are bidding to earn a spot in League B, while Slovenia are looking to avoid relegation to League C, and it is shaping up to be a fascinating battle in Ljubljana on Sunday night.
We say: Slovenia 1-2 Slovakia (Slovakia win 2-1 on aggregate)
This is shaping up to be a fascinating battle, and we are expecting it to be close; it would not be a surprise to see this game go all the way to penalties, but we believe that Slovakia will be able to get the job done in extra time.

Trailing by two goals from the first leg, Belgium have a mountain to climb when they reconvene with Ukraine on Sunday evening, as the pair fight it out for a place in the UEFA Nations League’s top tier.
A stunning second-half display on Thursday gives the Ukrainians a healthy advantage before heading to Genk, putting them close to clinching promotion.
We say: Belgium 2-1 Ukraine (Ukraine win 4-3 on aggregate)
An ageing and disjointed Belgium squad may secure victory on the night, but Ukraine will bravely resist a two-goal loss and win the tie overall.
The visitors have found some form in recent months, so they can now slay the Red Devils and celebrate promotion back to League A.

Aiming to keep their place in Europe’s second tier, Republic of Ireland will welcome Bulgaria to Dublin on Sunday evening, for the second leg of their UEFA Nations League playoff.
Ireland lead by one goal following Thursday’s clash in Plovdiv, so they are set to stay in League B as things stand; Bulgaria must win or face another campaign in League C.
We say: Republic of Ireland 2-1 Bulgaria (Republic of Ireland win 4-2 on aggregate)
Having recorded a rare away win, Ireland should be sufficiently confident to see off a limited Bulgaria side for the second time in three days.
The Boys in Green now have several options up front, all of whom will be keen to prove themselves before World Cup qualifying gets under way, and they can score twice to secure their League B status.

Spain and the Netherlands will lock horns for the second leg of their UEFA Nations League quarter-final on Sunday evening, with the tie delicately poised following a 2-2 draw in the reverse fixture in Rotterdam.
Oranje came from a goal behind to lead 2-1 early in the second period on Thursday night, but substitute Mikel Merino netted a last-gasp leveller for La Roja, who are the reigning champions of this competition.
We say: Spain 2-1 Netherlands (Spain win 4-3 on aggregate)
Thursday’s match was very entertaining, and we are expecting more of the same here; both teams have players who can hurt the other in the final third of the field, and it would not be a shock to see this tie go all the way to penalties. However, we are expecting Spain to just about get the job done in normal time to progress to the semi-finals.

With one half of the 2018 World Cup final revenge mission complete, Croatia seek to finish the job against France in the second leg of their UEFA Nations League quarter-final on Sunday evening at the Stade de France.
Zlatko Dalic’s side have one foot firmly in the last four of the competition courtesy of a richly-deserved 2-0 win on Thursday evening, where Les Bleus looked a shadow of the team that stormed to global glory in Russia.
We say: France 2-0 Croatia (a.e.t, France win on penalties)
Back on home soil and with an embarrassment of riches to pick from in attack, France have our backing to at least level the tie in 90 minutes against a Croatia side who could be forgiven for sitting deep in the second leg.
Not even 120 minutes may be enough to decide both teams’ destiny, but if spot kicks are needed to settle the score, Les Bleus’ significant firepower should be enough to complete a sterling comeback job and book their ticket to the semis.

Portugal will attempt to recover from a one-goal deficit when they welcome Denmark to Lisbon for the second leg of their UEFA Nations League quarter-final on Sunday night.
Manchester United forward Rasmus Hojlund came off the bench to score a late winner in the first leg on Thursday, and the visitors therefore have a lead to protect heading into what is shaping up to be a fascinating return fixture.
We say: Portugal 1-0 Denmark (Portugal win on penalties)
We could be in for a long night in Lisbon – Portugal should be able to triumph in the second leg, but we are only expecting it to be 1-0, which would lead to a penalty shootout, and we are backing Martinez’s side to ultimately emerge victorious to advance to the semi-finals of the tournament.

On top in a tussle between two football titans, Germany will aim to seal progress into the UEFA Nations League semi-finals by finishing the job against Italy on Sunday evening.
After Thursday’s first-leg success at San Siro, Die Nationalelf are on course to make a belated debut at the finals tournament, which they would host if the Azzurri are knocked out.
We say: Germany 1-1 Italy (Germany win 3-2 on aggregate)
It would be fair to expect another tight contest in Germany, as Italy will go all-out to overturn their first-leg loss – but they are set to come up just short.
The Azzurri have scored in all but one of their last 20 Nations League matches, finding the net before half time in the last 10, so another first-half strike could set up a frantic finale.
