Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, Liverpool star Mohamed Salah and Chelsea ace Cole Palmer have been lighting up the Premier League this season.

Haaland has 29 goals in all competitions for Manchester City this term, while Salah has netted 32 times for Liverpool and Palmer has 14 goals for Chelsea – whilst playing largely as a No. 10.

Harry Kane also lit up the Premier League whilst at Tottenham Hotspur, though he’s since moved to Bayern Munich, where he continues to register some staggering goal tallies.

The England captain is on 32 club goals for the season, while his overall Bayern tally reads 82 outings, 76 goals and 23 assists.

Bournemouth loanee Kepa Arrizabalaga has now shared which out of Haaland, Salah, Palmer and Kane is the hardest to deal with as a goalkeeper.

Kepa chooses Liverpool star Mohamed Salah as his toughest opponent

Kepa, on loan at Bournemouth from Chelsea, was interviewed by Sky Sports for the latest episode of Sticker Challenge.

The Spaniard had to pick which out of the Man City star, the Liverpool talisman, the Chelsea ace and the Bayern powerhouse was the hardest to save against.

Kepa initially narrowed the four-man shortlist down to two, picking Kane and Salah, before ultimately choosing the Liverpool star’s sticker.

“All of them very difficult,” Kepa began. “It’s a team work obviously, you cannot stop these players just by yourself.

“If I have to choose one it’s going to be between Harry Kane and Mo Salah, because they’re doing it every year, they are scoring a lot of goals, consistency every year.”

When asked about how he can prepare against Salah’s signature move, Kepa said: “You prepare and you see everything and you know him, but then obviously when it’s there, everything is going very fast.

“He’s doing very well and right now he’s in good form – to be honest, they are doing very well as a team, they are first with a big gap to second.

“Maybe I will choose him because this season he is doing very well… so Mo Salah goes (into the toughest opponent spot).”

The striker who could be in the conversation next year and how close Liverpool are to signing him

Kane, Palmer, Salah and Haaland are all among the greatest forwards in world football at present, as per their stats this season and over the past few years.

The Sticker Book Challenge involves a maximum of four players for the guest footballer to pick from, but there was certainly scope to include a fifth player.

Club stats this season

Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak has been absolutely sensational this season and seems to be getting better with each passing week.

He is on 23 goals for the season, of which 19 have come in the Premier League, and was also on fire for Sweden during the March international break.

There will be plenty of clubs in line for Isak, but TBR Football sources have confirmed that Liverpool fancy their chances of winning the race.

TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey has revealed that Liverpool are confident that they can pull off a deal to sign Isak this summer.

Isak is the Reds’ number one priority in the summer transfer window and they back themselves to defeat Arsenal in a shootout to sign the in-form striker.
