Immortality knocks.

The March international period is over, and that means it is crunch time for the 2024/25 season. The business end, you might say.

Bayern Munich’s Thomas Müller does say.

“We need players who hold out in the decisive weeks,” Müller declared in an interview with Sport Bild published during the international break (as captured by @iMiaSanMia). “We really need the whole squad in this phase because games are coming thick and fast. Then as often is the case, the form of the day decides.”

Wise words from Thomas. Bayern, with a Champions League Dahoam beckoning, is looking as good a contender as any for this year’s ultimate prize…and the Bavarians are steaming towards clinching the Bundesliga as well. It’s shaping up to be a fantastic season for Bayern after going trophyless in 2023/24.

And it could just be a legendary season.

Once more unto the breach, meine Freunde!
