Two teams separated by just one place in the League Two standings will clash on Friday night when Colchester United host Grimsby Town at the JobServe Community Stadium.

The hosts are eighth in the table with 58 points from 38 games, while the visitors are one spot above in seventh with 59 points from their 38 outings.

We say: Colchester United 1-1 Grimsby Town

Colchester have been formidable at home this term, while Grimsby have been strongest when playing on the road, and with so little to separate them in the league table, we believe this one will end all square.

Tranmere Rovers will continue their League Two survival bid when they welcome Cheltenham Town to Prenton Park on Friday evening.

The hosts are down in 22nd place in the League Two table, while the visitors head into the contest in the comfort of 14th position.

We say: Tranmere Rovers 1-1 Cheltenham Town

Tranmere have proven to be a much tougher team to beat since Crosby took over the reins, and we think that they will extend their unbeaten run to six games by playing out a draw in Friday’s meeting with a Cheltenham side that are struggling to pick up victories at the moment.
