Mikel Arteta shares whether he’s now concerned about Gabriel Magalhaes after Arsenal star came off against Fulham

Arsenal kept the Premier League title race alive with their win over Fulham on Tuesday night, but it came at a cost.

After just 15 minutes played at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes pulled up with what appeared to be a hamstring injury.

Gabriel went down clutching his hamstring, forcing Mikel Arteta to replace him with Jakub Kiwior, and the Brazilian headed straight down the tunnel.

Jurrien Timber was also spotted struggling with an issue just half an hour into the game as he appeared in discomfort after trying to block a Raul Jimenez effort.

The Netherlands international was initially able to continue but he made way late on in the game, with Leandro Trossard brought on to replace him.

After the game, Arteta was asked what they knew about the severity of the injuries to Gabriel and Timber, and whether he was concerned about the Brazilian.
