Will the Bavarians bring back Leroy Sané?
According to a report from Sky Sport journalists Florian Plettenberg and Kerry Hau (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich is expected to make a decision on the future of free agent-to-be winger Leroy Sané.
As expected, Sané’s recent performances might be influencing Bayern Munich’s decision making:
A decision regarding Leroy Sané’s future is expected within 1-3 weeks. There are still sceptics internally, but Sané’s performances and commitment are increasingly being recognised. Sané is willing to accept a pay cut but the club must now make a move – still no written offer from Bayern. Arsenal are showing serious interest, with concrete talks having already taken place.
The Bavarians want to refresh the wing position, but re-upping Sané could keep things looking the same. Bayern Munich could have trouble selling Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman and might recall Mathys Tel from his loan with Tottenham Hotspur to play in the Club World Cup.
