TBR Football can exclusively confirm that Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United are among the clubs keeping tabs on Juventus talent Kenan Yildiz.
Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United are all likely to strengthen their ranks in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners and the Reds are having solid seasons – they are the top two in the Premier League table – but will want to bring in reinforcements to compete on multiple fronts.
Meanwhile, City have embarked on a rebuilding job in a season of transition, while United will be desperate to avoid another campaign as poor as this one.
TBR Football can also confirm Yildiz’s stance towards a Premier League move this summer.
Kenan Yildiz in no rush to leave Juventus amid Premier League interest
TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey understands that a number of Premier League clubs are keeping close tabs on Yildiz.
The 19-year-old Juventus playmaker is widely regarded as one of the top young midfielders in Europe and has been for sometime.
In 2022 Yildiz opted to leave Bayern Munich and was snapped up by Juve, who beat Barcelona to his signature.
He has become a key player since making his first-team debut in 2023 – but it is believed that he became unsettled this term.
Yildiz is seen as a central midfielder but spent a lot of time under Thiago Motta playing on the wing, which has led to the enquiries about his future from a number of clubs.
Former club Bayern remain keen whilst Paris Saint-Germain have long been linked, but we can confirm that enquiries have been fielded from the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Aston Villa and Manchester United.
However, TBR Football understand that Yildiz’s representatives have made it clear that he is not in a hurry to leave Turin and is ready to see how things pan out under Igor Tudor and beyond.
What Kenan Yildiz could bring to the Premier League
At just 19 years of age, Yildiz has already clocked up 74 competitive appearances for Juve, also registering 11 goals and five assists.
He has also won 19 caps for Turkiye, along with two goals and four assists for his nation.
Yildiz is a versatile attacker who can play at No. 10, as a second striker, or on both flanks, though he has also played at centre-forward in the past.
As per Football Talent Scout’s Jacek Kulig, Yildiz is a “skilful dribbler with very good pace and acceleration” who can make “spectacular solo runs”.
Kulig has also compared Yildiz to Arsenal cult hero Alexander Hleb and predicted that he would be ‘”first-team material in a top European club”, which is certainly the case.
However, with his contract running until 2029, Juve’s hand would be strong in negotiations, not to mention the player himself seems keen on staying put for the time being.
It remains to be seen whether things change over the coming months but Yildiz may be one to be revisited in future transfer windows.
