Fresh from their elimination in the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey, Real Sociedad will resume their La Liga campaign with a trip to a struggling Las Palmas outfit on Sunday afternoon.
Real Sociedad are 10th in the La Liga table, boasting 38 points from their opening 29 matches of the campaign, while Las Palmas sit 19th, one point behind 17th-placed Alaves in the battle to remain in the division.
We say: Las Palmas 1-1 Real Sociedad
Real Sociedad have not actually won away from home in La Liga since the start of December, so it is difficult to back them with any real confidence here; Las Palmas have their own issues, but we are expecting the home side to be good enough for a point this weekend.

Atletico Madrid will be bidding to triumph for the first time in over a month when they continue their La Liga campaign with a clash against Sevilla at Estadio Ramon on Sunday afternoon.
Diego Simeone’s side have seen their title hopes fade of late, currently sitting third in the La Liga table, nine points off the leaders Barcelona, while Sevilla occupy 11th, 11 points off rivals Real Betis in sixth position.
We say: Sevilla 1-2 Atletico Madrid
Atletico lost at Estadio Ramon last season, and Simeone’s side will enter this match in disappointing form; Atletico are due a positive result, though, and we are backing the capital giants to navigate their way to all three points this weekend.

Real Valladolid‘s battle to somehow escape the La Liga relegation zone will continue on Sunday evening, when they welcome Getafe to Estadio Jose Zorrilla.
The White and Violets are currently bottom of the La Liga table, 11 points from the safety of 17th position, while Getafe sit 12th, nine points clear of the bottom three heading towards the final straight.
We say: Real Valladolid 0-1 Getafe
Real Valladolid’s last four matches have been close affairs, and we are not expecting a high-scoring match on Sunday, also taking into account Getafe’s problems in the final third. However, the visitors should be able to navigate their way to all three points.

Fifth will welcome fourth in Spain’s top flight on Sunday evening, with Athletic Bilbao heading to Villarreal.
Athletic have taken 53 points from their 29 league matches this season to occupy fourth in the La Liga table, six points ahead of fifth-placed Villarreal, with both sides battling to secure European football for the 2025-26 campaign.
We say: Villarreal 2-2 Athletic Bilbao
Villarreal are good value in terms of entertainment, and we are finding it difficult to back them to keep out a talented Athletic attack on Sunday, but they have some serious firepower themselves. We are expecting an open and free-flowing match here, and the points could ultimately be shared in a 2-2 draw.
