Nübel helps his team to the Pokal final
Bayern Munich loanees had a busy week, many of them played twice this week. Nübel only allowed one goal over two wins this week, including a win in the DFB-Pokal semifinals against RB Leipzig. Also, despite the limited playing time lately, Tel was able to get earn his first Premier League goal. The only other goals that came this week were from an unlikely goal scorer in the Regionalliga. FC Bayern Munich
There are eleven players on loan from the first team.
Germany – Bundesliga
There are four players on loan in the German Bundesliga: Alexander Nübel, Franz Krätzig, Paul Wanner, and Armindo Sieb.
Alexander Nübel – VfB Stuttgart
Nübel and his team hosted RB Leipzig on Wednesday in the semi-finals of the DFB-Pokal, one day after defending champions, Bayer Leverkusen, got bounced by Arminia Bielefeld. He recorded four saves and allowed just one goal, although he was unable to keep the shutout, he still helped his team move on to the Final in Berlin with a 3-1 win.
Nübel started again for Stuttgart on Saturday away to Bochum. He only need two saves this match and was able to keep Bochum off the board and record a shutout. Stuttgart was able to win 4-0 away.
Stuttgart will host Bremen on Sunday.
Franz Krätzig – 1.FC Heidenheim
Krätzig started and played the 90 minutes for Heidenheim against Bayer Leverkusen. He created the most chances than anyone else from either team, but was not able to help to get his team on board. He also had one shot that missed just wide of the near post. Krätzig went the full 90 minutes. They went into stoppage time level at 0-0, but Later-kusen struck again, and scored a winner in stoppage time to steal all three points.
Paul Wanner – 1.FC Heidenheim
Wanner was on the bench but did not make it onto the pitch for the loss to Heidenheim.
Heidenheim will travel to face Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday.
Armindo Sieb – 1. FSV Mainz 05
Sieb started on the bench for Mainz’ home match against Holstein Kiel. He came into a 1-1 game in the 83rd minute, but did not have time to change anything. He only had five touches and only attempted one pass. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

England – Premier League
Mathys Tel is the only player on loan to England’s Premier League.
Mathys Tel – Tottenham Hotspur
Tel started on the bench on Thursday, as Tottenham was away to Chelsea. He came into the match in the 88th minute, down 1-0. In an extended stoppage time, he had 11 touches with a couple a passes into the final third and a shot from the top of the box, that missed wide. Unfortunately Tel could not help him find an equalizer and they fell 1-0.
Tel came into the match late on Sunday, but the circumstances were different. Tottenham was up 2-0 when he came into the match in the 87th minute. Southampton — who needed a result to not confirm relegation on this matchday — scored in the 90th minute to make stoppage time interesting. But, just minutes later, Tottenham earned a penalty and let Tel step up to the spot. He took it perfectly, blasting it into the side-netting, even though the keeper went the right way. This was Tel’s first Premier League goal and the last kick of the game, as Spurs won 3-1.
Tottenham will host Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-finals on Thursday. They will also be on the road to Wolves on Sunday.
Spain – LaLiga
There are two players on loan to Spain’s La Liga: Bryan Zaragoza and Adam Anzou.
Bryan Zaragoza – CA Osasuna
Osasuna has not played since the last edition. He was listed as doubtful last week, so he may be close to a return.
Osasuna will face Leganes on the road Monday and Girona at home on Sunday.
Adam Anzou – Real Valladolid
Anzou started for Real Valladolid at home against Getafe. He was not able to contribute much to an ugly game. He accomplished very little on the attack, but was able to hold his own on defense with a couple clearances and recoveries. Getafe scored three goals before halftime — the third of which was assisted by former Bayern man, Juan Bernat. Valladolid also received a red card in stoppage time of the first half to make things worse. Anzou was subbed off at halftime and they went on to lose 4-0.
Real Valladolid will travel to face Atletico Madrid on Monday, April 14.
Italy – Serie A
Arijon Ibrahimović is the only player on loan to Italy’s Serie A
Arijon Ibrahimović – Lazio
Ibrahimović is listed out with a muscle injury until mid-April.
Lazio beat Atalanta on the road this week. They will face Bodo/Glint in Norway in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-finals. Lazio will host AS Roma in the Rome derby on Sunday.
Austria – Bundesliga
Lovro Zvonarek is the only player from the first team on loan to the Austrian Bundesliga.
Lovro Zvonarek – Sturm Graz
Zvonarek was not on the matchday squad for their 2-0 home win against Rapid Wien. He was recently listed on the injury report, so he may still not be fully recovered.
Sturm Graz will travel to face Red Bull Salzburg on Sunday.
Germany – 2. Bundesliga
Maurice Krattenmacher is the only player from the first team on loan to the 2. Bundesliga
Maurice Krattenmacher – SSV Ulm 1846
Krattenmacher started on the bench and came into the match in the 67th minute. The match was level 1-1 and created two chances to help his team find a winner, but it did not ever come. In the 86th minute, Ulm had some hope when Schalke went down a man, but it was quick lived as they found a shorthanded goal to win it.
Ulm will host Magdeburg on Saturday.
Germany – 3. Liga
Gibson Nana Adu is the only player on loan from the first team in the 3. Liga.
Gibson Nana Adu – Unterhaching
Adu was not in the matchday squad for Unterhaching’s 3-1 loss away to Viktoria Köln.
Unterhaching will be on the road against Waldhof Mannheim on Tuesday. They will be home against Stuttgart II on Saturday.
FC Bayern Munich II
There are thirteen players on loan from the second team.

There are two players from the second team loaned to the 2. Bundesliga: Hyun-ju Lee and Noel Aseko
Hyun-ju Lee – Hannover 96
Lee was not in the matchday squad for Hannover’s 1-0 loss to Karlsruhe.
Hannover will host Elversberg on Saturday.
Noel Aseko – Hannover 96
Aseko was not in matchday squad for either Hannover 96 nor their second team.
Germany – Regionalliga
There are six players Regionalliga teams: Lukas Schneller and Marko Popoic in Regionalliga Bayern, Luka Parkadge and Robert Deziel Jr in Regionalliga Nordost, and Yousef Qashi and Benedikt Wimmer in Regionalliga West.
Lukas Schneller – Schweinfurt 05
Schneller started in goal for Schweinfurt against SpVgg Ansbach. The young keeper allowed two goals at home, but it was not enough, as his team could only score one goal of their own and they fell 2-1 at home.
Schweinfurt will travel to face Nürnberg II on Saturday.
Marko Popović – Türkgücü München
Popović was on the bench for Türkgücü München’s 4-1 home loss against SpVgg Bayreuth, but did not make it onto the pitch.
Türkgücü München will travel to face TSV Schwaben Augsburg on Friday.
Luka Parkadze – Altglienicke
Parkadge started and played the full 90 minutes for Altglienicke at BFC Dynamo Berlin. He was unable to help his team find a goal, and unfortunately they let in three goals and fell 3-0.
Robert Deziel Jr – Altglienicke
Deziel also started and played the full 90 minutes against Dynamo in the 3-0 loss.
Altglienicke will host two games this week — Wednesday against Zwickau and Sunday against Hertha 03 Zehlendorf.
Yousef Qashi – Wuppertaler SV
Qashi was on the bench to start against Wuppertaler SV. He came into the match against 1. FC Düren in the 64th minute against with his team up 4-1 on the road. The score line did not change while he was on the field and they won 4-1.
Benedikt Wimmer – Wuppertaler SV
Wimmer started for Wuppertal at home and played the full 90 minutes. An early penalty goal put them down, before Wimmer scored an unlikely goal as a defender in the 31st minute to equalize. Shortly after halftime, Wimmer scored another goal to put Wuppertal up for good. The home team added two more goals to win 4-1.
Wupertaler SV will travel to take on 1.FC Köln II on Friday.
Austria – Bundesliga
Matteo Pérez Vinlöf is the only player on loan to the Austrian Bundesliga from the second team.
Matteo Pérez Vinlöf – Austria Wien
Vinlöf started and played the full 90 minutes as Austria Wien hosted Wolfsberger AC. He had two shots — one from outside the box, but missed wide and one that blocked from within the box. He also had created a chance for his teammates to shoot and completed 80% of his passes. Unfortunately this was not enough to find a goal and the match ended in a scoreless draw.
Austria Wien will travel to crosstown rivals Rapid Wien in the Wiener Derby on Sunday.
Austria – 2. Liga
Tom Hülsmann is the only player on loan to the Austrian 2. Liga from the second team
Tom Hülsmann – SKN St. Pölten
Hülsmann started in goal for St Pölten at home against Voitsberg. He faced two shots on goal and saved them both to keep a shutout. His team scored three goals to earn a 3-0 win.
St Pölten will travel to face SV Stripfing on Friday.
Netherlands – Kampioen Divisie
David Jonathans is the only player on loan to the Dutch Kampioen Divisie.
David Jonathans – FC Den Bosch
Jonathans was on the bench twice this week — a 4-2 away win against Jong PSV and a 2-2 draw against FC Eindhoven — but did not make it onto the pitch for either match.
Den Bosch will travel to face FC Dordrecht on Saturday.
Switzerland – Super League
There are two players on loan to the Swiss Super League: Nestory Irankunda and Grayson Dettoni.
Nestory Irankunda – Grasshopper Club Zurich
Irankunda started for Grasshopper on Thursday against FC Basel and played the first half. He had one shot, which was off target from inside the box. He saw his team concede two goals in the first half before and he was down 2-0 at the break. Grasshopper pulled one back in the second half, but it was not enough and they fell 2-1.
Irankunda started again at home against FC Luzern. He again got off one shot that went just over the bar. He also created a chance for his teammates to shoot, but it did not lead to a goal. He also received a yellow card for a bad foul before being subbed off in the 69th minute with his team up 2-0. Grasshopper went onto win 3-1.
Grayson Dettoni – Grasshopper Club Zurich
Dettoni was on the bench for the match against Basel, but did not make it onto the pitch. He was not in the squad that took on FC Luzern.
Grasshopper will face Yverdon on Saturday.
FC Bayern Frauen
There are five players on loan from FC Bayern’s Frauen team.
Germany — Frauen-Bundesliga
Karólína Lea Vilhjálmsdóttir is the only player on loan in the Frauen-Bundesliga.

Vilhjálmsdóttir started and played the full 90 minutes for Iceland against Norway on Friday in the Nations League. Both teams played to a stalemate and it ended in a scoreless draw.
Iceland will host Switzerland in the Nations League on Tuesday. Leverkusen will also host Köln on Sunday.
England – Women’s Super League
Jill Baijings and Sam Kerr are both on loan to the Women’s Super League.
Jill Baijings – Aston Villa
Baijings is not with the Dutch squad for this international break.
Aston Villa will travel to London to take on Tottenham on April 20.
Sam Kerr – Liverpool
Kerr is with the Scottish National Team. She was on the bench for the match against Germany, but did not make it onto the pitch.
Scotland will travel to Germany for the next Nations League match. Liverpool will face Chelsea in London for the semi-final of the FA Cup.
Spain – Primera División Femenina
Natalia Padilla is the only player on loan to the Primera División Femenina.
Natalia Padilla – FC Sevilla
Padilla started for Poland in the Nations League match against Bosnia and Herzegovina. She played 69 minutes, but did not have a goal or assist. Poland scored five goals at home and won 5-1.
Poland will travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina for the next match on Tuesday. Sevilla will travel to face Valencia on Friday.
Italy – Serie A
Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir is the only player on loan to Serie A
Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir – Inter Milan
Rúnarsdóttir was also in the starting lineup for Iceland. She kept the shutout and played the full match against Norway in the scoreless draw.
Iceland will host Switzerland on Tuesday. Inter’s next match will be April 19 against Roma.
USA – NWSL
Ana María Guzmán is the only player on loan to the NWSL.
Ana María Guzmán – Utah Royals FC
Guzmán is not with her national team this time as she is still recovering with a thigh injury. If healthy she could make her NWSL debut with the Royals on Friday against the Portland Thorns.
