Newcastle United locked horns with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a positive result on the road in the Premier League. The Magpies made a great start to the game and got their noses ahead in the second minute thanks to Jacob Murphy’s effort. Murphy doubled his team’s lead just nine minutes later before Harvey Barnes got his name on the scoresheet in the 34th minute. Eddie Howe’s men went into the half-time interval 3-0 up on the scoreline.
The Tyneside club controlled the game well in the second half and earned a comfortable 3-0 win away from home.

He was a real handful for the opposition defenders but there was no goal for him.
