Speaking to Sky Sports, Martin Odegaard has been discussing some legendary figures from Arsenal’s history, and he’s named who he believes is the best player in the history of the club.
According to Odegaard, Thierry Henry is Arsenal’s greatest ever player, with the Norwegian claiming that the Frenchman was an incredibly complete player.

Odegaard named Henry as the Arsenal legend he’d most like to play with today.
The midfielder was then asked if he considers Henry the best Arsenal player ever.
The Gunners captain noted that Henry is the best Arsenal player of all-time, claiming that the striker could do everything on the pitch.
“Would you say he (Henry) is the best Arsenal player ever?” Odegaard was asked.
“Yeah I think so to be fair. I think what he did and the quality, he could do so much to influence the game in so many ways, dribbling, scoring goals, passing. He’s so complete, I saw him the other day playing in a charity game, and he’s still got it,” Odegaard said.

Odegaard says Henry is the greatest Arsenal player of all-time, and it’s very hard to argue against that.
The striker was just on another level during his time in north London, he was incredibly successful with Arsenal, and he hold a number of records that still stand today.

Henry is Arsenal’s top scorer of all-time, he’s won more Golden Boots than any player in Premier League history, and he was the key man in the north London club’s Invincibles season.
Michael Owen claimed that Henry was even better than Harry Kane at Tottenham, and given his trophy haul and incredible record for Arsenal, it’s easy to see why Owen is of that opinion.
