El técnico valencianista ha destacado el buen hacer del equipo, la entrega y sacrificio en un partido en que incidía en que si alguien tenía que haber ganado era el Valencia CF: “El empate nos sabe a poco porque queríamos la victoria. El equipo que se ha vaciado y ha estado más cerca de los tres puntos que el RCD Espanyol”.
