Bayern Munich is this close to clinching another Bundesliga title and midfielder Aleksandar Pavlović is thrilled to see his squad perform like it during a 3-0 victory over Mainz 05.
“We’re happy with the game; we dominated for 90 minutes, and we’re now one step closer to our goal. I’m doing very well, I feel good, and we had a lot of fun today. Now the focus is on the next game in Leipzig,” said Pavlović (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
For Pavlović, it must have also felt good to get back and rolling on the right track after dealing with injuries and illnesses for the better part of six months. The youngster still have an incredible amount of potential, but needs a little luck with his health.
For the game. Pavlović completed 75 of his 79 passes (95%), including four of five longballs, while also winning four of six ground duels, and only losing possession four times. Clearly, this match was a step in the right direction for both Pavlović and Bayern Munich alike.
