Liverpool will look to finish the job with a win against Tottenham and seal the Premier League title.
Needing just one point, a draw on Sunday evening would be enough for the Reds to clinch their 20th top-flight crown.
Arne Slot’s side have been outstanding throughout the campaign, suffering just two defeats all season.

However, one notable weakness has been at left-back, where Andy Robertson has struggled for form.
With age starting to take its toll, the Scot’s performances have dipped significantly, and he has been directly or indirectly at fault for several goals Liverpool conceded this season.
The need for reinforcements at left-back is clear, with the club heavily linked to Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez.
Paul Merson expects Liverpool to sign Kerkez, with the Reds currently leading the race for his signature.
However, it is worth noting that nothing has been finalised yet, with Kerkez’s agent speaking with other Premier League clubs, as previously reported.
Bounemouth prepare for the departure of Liverpool linked Milos Kerkez
According to The Mirror, Bournemouth are actively hunting for another left-back as they prepare Kerkez’s departure.
They have already signed Julio Soler in the January window, with the club viewing him as the replacement for Kerkez.
However, it is suggested that the Cherries are keen on further reinforcements at left-back, with a couple of players being monitored including Real Madrid’s Fran Garcia, and Wolves ‘ Hugo Bueno.
Milos Kerkez would be a great signing for Liverpool
The 21-year-old has been a standout performer for Bournemouth this season, playing a key role in their impressive campaign.
Across 33 league appearances, Kerkez has contributed 2 goals and 6 assists, consistently posing a threat in Andoni Iraola’s side.

Milos Kerkez | 2 | 6 | 66 | 38 | 100 |
Andy Robertson | 0 | 0 | 18 | 20 | 50 |
Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has also backed the club to sign Kerkez, praising him for his ‘aggressive’ style of play.
Praising the player on Sky Sports, he said: “He’s aggressive, he’s got pace. Even when you look at him he looks like a full-back – really aggressive bombing up and down the left side.
“He’s been superb since he’s come into the Premier League and he’s certainly one to watch in the future whether he stays or moves on because he’s made that much of an impact.”
If Liverpool can successfully secure his signature, he would be an excellent addition for Arne Slot, providing a much-needed boost to the squad.
