Continuing their quest for a top-four finish in Serie A, Coppa Italia finalists Bologna will meet Udinese on Monday.

Days after toppling mighty Inter Milan in the league, the Rossoblu wrapped up aggregate victory in the cup semi-finals, as their superb 2024-25 season nears its end.

We say: Udinese 0-1 Bologna

Always tough to beat at the Dall’Ara, high-flying Bologna are also becoming a formidable force on the road.

So, as Udinese are clearly winding down towards the end of the season, their visitors are set to take three points back to Emilia-Romagna.

Separated by two points in the battle for Serie A survival, Hellas Verona and Cagliari clash at Stadio Bentegodi on Monday evening.

Without a win this month, neither side is safe with just five games to go, so there will be plenty at stake.

We say: Hellas Verona 1-0 Cagliari

Neither team scores very often, so with Cagliari even less potent on the road – and missing their suspended top scorer – Verona could edge a close-fought contest.

Hellas have clearly improved since the turn of the year, and one more win would essentially confirm their Serie A status.

Aiming to end a two-month wait without a victory at Stadio Olimpico, Lazio welcome Parma to the capital in Monday’s gameweek 34 contest in Serie A.

Marco Baroni’s men have benefitted from their away form in the race to finish in the top six spots, which the Biancocelesti could lose if their four-match winless home run extends against the Emilians, who still are not assured of a spot in next season’s top flight.

We say: Lazio 1-1 Parma

Although Lazio have the historical advantage in this fixture, the capital club’s downturn in results at the Olimpico and Parma’s defensive improvement under Chivu suggest that the Emilians will avoid a ninth consecutive loss in Rome.

The Aquilotti have drawn four consecutive home games, with the last three ending 1-1, and the visitors will back themselves to limit Baroni’s men in another score draw.
