Manchester United are considering a summer move for Partizan midfielder Ognjen Ugresic, according to his agent.
The 18-year-old has made eight appearances for Partizan’s first team, scoring once, while he has been capped at Under-19s level by Serbia.
Ugresic’s agent Ostoja Stjepanovic has claimed that Man United are interested in his client, while teams from Italy are also said to be considering making a move during this summer’s transfer window.
“I can confirm that the winter press reports are based on reality, there is interest in him from many places: not only Manchester United observers are following his development, but also Serie A clubs,” Stjepanovic told Nemzeti Sport.
“However, it would be too early for him to switch, he could get the playing opportunities he needs to advance to the next level at Partizan next season.”

Man United ‘keen’ on Partizan teenager Ugresic
Stjepanovic has compared his client to Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham and former Man United midfielder Paul Pogba.
“His style is similar to Jude Bellingham and somewhat to Paul Pogba,” the agent continued. “His technical skills are outstanding, he also has the speed for the top level, despite his height his sprint speed exceeds thirty-five kilometers per hour.
“Playing behind the forward line, he helps with actions, sees the game well, he is an intelligent footballer. He has developed a lot in a few months under [Srdan] Blagojevic’s guidance, but he needs time to develop.”
Ugresic starred for Partizan at Under-19s level, scoring nine times and registering five assists, before making the step into the first-team picture, and he has proven himself at senior level since being given an opportunity to shine.

Do Man United need another midfielder this summer?
Man United are relatively well-stocked in the middle of midfield, especially as Bruno Fernandes is expected to drop back into that position next season, with the Red Devils planning to sign at least two new attackers this summer.
That said, Christian Eriksen is set to leave when his deal expires at the end of June, and there is also speculation surrounding the future of Casemiro, who could potentially be offered the chance to make a lucrative switch to the Saudi Pro League.
There has also been talk surrounding Kobbie Maine’s future, with Man United allegedly willing to sell the academy product for the right price during this summer’s transfer window.
As a result, there is expected to be space for a midfield addition this summer, and Ugresic certainly fits the brief in terms of the club’s new transfer policy of bringing in players with potential rather than established stars.
However, the words of the teenager’s agent seem to suggest that he will spend at least one more season with Partizan in order to secure the first-team football that he requires at this stage of his career.
