Tottenham have been hit with two big injury blows ahead of the game, with Lucas Bergvall and James Maddison both out for the remainder of the season.
Bergvall is out with an ankle injury, while Maddison hurt his knee in the first leg and will play no further part this term.
The game comes too early for Spurs captain Son Heung-min as he continues to nurse a foot problem, along with Radu Dragusin, who is out with a knee injury.
Sergio Reguilon, Antonin Kinsky and Timo Werner are ineligible in Europe.
Dominic Solanke tipped to start as Brennan Johnson likely to replace Wilson Odobert in Tottenham starting XI
Postecoglou rotated his side against West Ham and, with the priority game now coming up, he’ll revert to his big guns.
The Tottenham boss could overhaul his back four, with Pedro Porro, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Destiny Udogie likely to return.
This means Djed Spence, Ben Davies, Kevin Danso and Archie Gray – all of whom started against West Ham – will likely all drop to the bench.

With Maddison out, Dejan Kulusevski is likely to replace him at No. 10, while Yves Bissouma should continue for the injured Lucas Bergvall.
Rodrigo Bentancur was rested at the weekend and he’s all but assured of a spot in the starting XI.
Up front, Solanke’s return to training should see him replace Richarlison up front.
Brennan Johnson should return on the right, the £48million man likely to replace Wilson Odobert.
Finally, Mathys Tel should continue on the left flank as Son continues to recover from his foot issue.
Predicted Tottenham XI (4-3-3): Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie; Bentancur, Kulusevski, Bissouma; Johnson, Solanke, Tel
