‘A freak’: Gary Neville says Liverpool have a player who’s so good it’s ‘not normal’

Speaking on Stick to Football, Gary Neville has been discussing Alexander-Arnold’s crossing ability, and he says that the full-back is a genuine freak of nature due to how good he is at delivering from out wide.

Neville shared his verdict on Alexander-Arnold and his crossing ability.

Neville spoke about how he couldn’t pass anywhere near as well as Alexander-Arnold could, despite being a top-level right-back in his own right.

The pundit labelled Alexander-Arnold a ‘freak’ claiming that his ability to cross a ball is not normal.

However, Neville was nowhere near Alexander-Arnold’s level in regards to creativity, as the stats show.

Alexander-Arnold is a once in a generation talent from right-back, no right-back has ever been this decisive as an attacking threat, and Liverpool have a huge job on their hands when it comes to replacing the England international.
