Bayern Munich will need a dependable option at left-back-Davies-Ito

Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies will not be ready for the start of the 2025/26 season.

The second option, Hiroki Ito, has suffered two metatarsal injuries this season, which has thrown his future into at least some doubt.

Raphael Guerreiro? He could be on the chopping block. Frans Kratzig? He is reportedly on his way to Red Bull Salzburg.

While there could be other players who could play the position in a pinch, no one else on the roster is a natural left-back. That could leave Bayern Munich looking at spending money this summer in the transfer market (unlikely) or…handing Adam Aznou the keys to the position for a few months.

If Aznou gets the nod, will he be ready? Tell us what you think.
