Tottenham Hotspur may well be on the lookout for a new manager in the near future.
Ange Postecoglou is likely to be sacked at the end of the season, and Spurs will be in the market for a new gaffer.
Andoni Iraola is appreciated by Tottenham, while Niko Kovac is on Spurs’ radar too.
However, there could be a twist in the tale here.
Indeed, Fabio Paratici could return to Spurs soon, and according to Ben Jacobs, speaking on The Done Deal Show, Paratici is keen on the idea of hiring Edin Terzic at Tottenham.

Fabio Paratici wants Edin Terzic at Tottenham
Jacobs shared what he knows about Spurs’ managerial hunt and he made a claim about Edin Terzic.
The journalist says Paratici could be headed back to Tottenham, and if the Italian does return, he’s quite keen on Edin Terzic.
“As I reported a few weeks ago, my understanding on Ange Postecoglou isn’t win the Europa League or bust, it’s a case of if Spurs get Champions League that massively changes their summer and their project, but it doesn’t guarantee Postecoglou will stay in a job.
“Andoni Iraola has been high in Tottenham’s thinking, you have Oliver Glasner, Marco Silva and then Edin Terzic may come into the thinking as well.
“It’s possible, not definite yet, but there’s potential that Fabio Paratici will re-join the club, and I think Paratici is inclined to put Terzic forwards.”

Edin Terzic is an interesting candidate for Tottenham, and perhaps Spurs should listen to Fabio Paratici here.
Indeed, back in 2023, Paratici had one particular manager in mind to replace Antonio Conte, but Spurs didn’t take his advice.
Interestingly, Paratici was pushing for Luis Enrique to be hired by Tottenham after Antonio Conte was sacked.
Ultimately, Spurs went for Ange Postecoglou, and the two managers’ trajectories have been entirely different from that point.
Postecoglou has taken Tottenham to 16th in the Premier League, while Luis Enrique has already won a league title with PSG and has just taken Les Parisiens to a Champions League final.

Luis Enrique would’ve been the right choice in hindsight, and maybe this time Tottenham should be more open to taking Paratici’s suggestions on board.
