Kevin De Bruyne has remarkably been linked with a move to Liverpool.
It was Gianluca Di Marzio who initially claimed that the Reds have presented the Belgium international with an offer, after Manchester City decided not to extend his £400,000-a-week contract when it expires in June.
Sources close to Anfield have told TBR Football that Liverpool are not interested in signing De Bruyne this summer.
However, it is understood Aston Villa and Chelsea have discussed a move internally.
Now, Sacha Tavolieri has shared whether Kevin De Bruyne would actually want to join Liverpool – should the Reds eventually put an offer on the table.

The Belgian journalist has now revealed on X (previously known as Twitter) that the Manchester City No.17 is not keen on staying in the Premier League, and is actually considering a move to Napoli.
Tavolieri wrote: “Kevin De Bruyne’s representatives met Napoli’s sports director Giovanni Manna last week as called by Di Marzio. De Bruyne is keen on joining (Napoli) after positive feedback with his Belgian teammates Romelu Lukaku and Dries Mertens. Napoli are supposed to make a first written offer next week in order to have an overview of KDB’s (De Bruyne) expectations.”
Then, when asked by a Liverpool fan about rumours of a move to Anfield, the Sky Sports journalist added: “(It) has been proposed by his agency but KDB (De Bruyne) not keen on joining another club in PL (Premier League) as of now.”

Therefore, Aston Villa and Chelsea should perhaps stop internally discussing a move for the 33-year-old.
Kevin De Bruyne was a boyhood Liverpool fan
Despite Liverpool sources pouring cold water on the rumours, we doubt this story will disappear anytime soon given the connection between the Reds and the Belgian.
De Bruyne has previously admitted to supporting Liverpool in his childhood, and idolised Michael Owen while growing up.
The man born in Drongen said: “My favourite club is Liverpool and my favourite player is Michael Owen, and I would like to play there one day.”
However, based on what Tavolieri has said, it is entirely possible his decade with Manchester City and several intense title fights against the Reds has now blurred this adoration for Liverpool.
