Real Madrid will lock horns with Barcelona at the Nou Camp this Sunday afternoon as they look to secure all three points on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos would be eager to close the gap to the Catalan outfit by picking up a win this weekend after earning a 3-2 victory over Celta Vigo recently.

Defence

Thibaut Courtois will play in goal for Los Blancos after shipping in a couple of goals in his last league outing. Aurelien Tchouameni will operate alongside Raul Asencio at the heart of the Real Madrid backline as they look to keep things solid on the defensive end of the field.

Federico Valverde will function as the right-back while Fran Garcia looks to prove his worth on the other side as the left-back. Ancelotti would ask both of them to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.

Lucas Vazquez will provide cover for the right-back position on the bench. However, Antonio Rudiger remain sidelined for the visitors due to injury.

Midfield

Dani Ceballos and Luka Modric will operate as the holding midfielders for the Madrid giants as they try to make life tough for the home team at the centre of the park.

The gifted trio of Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham and Arda Guler will function just ahead of them as part of Ancelotti’s attack. Both Vinicius Jr. and Guler need to stretch the Barcelona backline if Los Blancos are to pose a threat on the counter.

Brahim Diaz and Rodrygo will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the second half if required.

Attack

Kylian Mbappe will spearhead Real Madrid‘s attack in the final third. The French attacker has to figure out a way to threaten the Barcelona goal during the 90 minutes.

Endrick will be named on the bench as he waits for his opportunity to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if needed.
