Bayern Munich is preparing for Gladbach…
Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala is working hard in his attempt to return for the German national team’s UEFA Nationals semifinal vs. Portugal.
The youngster, who has been been battling the effects of a hamstring tear, has had a long road back to the pitch, but has started to work with the ball once again. Magenta TV journalist Victor Catalina captured some video footage and provided the details.
Do not get too excited, though, Musiala workout only lasted 21 minutes:
Das ging schnell. Um 12.00 Uhr kam Jamal Musiala raus. Nach zwei separaten Laufrunden um die Trainingsplätze – wenngleich mit höherer Intensität als gestern – und ersten Übungen bei der Ballannahme war um 12.12 Uhr schon wieder Schluss.
Drinnen trainiert derweil Hiroki Itō nach… https://t.co/el0Rui8lpW

That went quickly. Jamal Musiala came out at 12:00 p.m. After two separate runs around the training grounds—albeit at a higher intensity than yesterday—and initial ball control exercises, it was all over again at 12:12 p.m.
Itō working, too
Hiroki Itō worked out inside per Catalina:
Meanwhile, inside, Hiroki Itō is training individually after breaking his metatarsal.
Upamecano put in 30-minute session
Once again, it was Catalina (via @iMiaSanMia) providing the information as Upamecano is also grinding in an effort to return for the Club World Cup:
Dayot Upamecano worked individually on the pitch for around half an hour today.
