Bayern Munich or Manchester City?
It has been a hell of a week when it comes to the Florian Wirtz saga.
A done deal at Bayern Munich? A shock visit to Manchester City? Liverpool FC taking a wild swing?
We have heard it all…and apparently the Wirtz family has had enough.
Per Bild journalists Axel Hesse and Phillip Arens (via @iMiaSanMia), Wirtz and his parents want out of Bayer Leverkusen:
Florian Wirtz and his parents are pushing for a move away from Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
The Wirtz situation is not exactly smooth for Bayern Munich, though. According to Sport1’s Stefan Kumberger (via @iMiaSanMia), the family is upset with the reports that dropped last week stating that there was an agreement in place:
Florian Wirtz’s family was surprised and a bit irritated by the reports that came from Munich last week stating that the player reached an agreement with Bayern and signed a pre-contract agreement.
