Ian Wright said of links between Kerkez and Liverpool: “I think Kerkez, that’s probably done, for me… which is a shame. He’s a fantastic player.”

Meanwhile, The Times journalist Jonathan Northcroft recently said he’d “be surprised” if Liverpool did not sign Kerkez this summer.

Now, Bournemouth have reportedly decided on the price tags for some of their biggest assets ahead of the summer transfer window.

Bournemouth slap £45m price tag on Milos Kerkez

Bournemouth have set their valuation for Kerkez at £45million, according to i News.

The newspaper also reported that, despite talks between the two clubs in recent weeks, the Reds are yet to table a firm offer.

Liverpool are said to also be considering Ajax’s versatile Jorrel Hato, who would be ‘available for less’.

The likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea are all eyeing Kerkez too, according to TBR Football sources.

On the continent, the likes of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Napoli and AC Milan have all been made aware of his availability this summer.

What Milos Kerkez could bring to Liverpool

At just 21 years of age, Kerkez has quickly made a name for himself as one of the best full-backs in the Premier League.

Kerkez has made 36 appearances for Bournemouth this season, of which 33 have come in the Premier League, and he has two goals and six assists to his name.

Kerkez is a well-balanced player who boasts both attacking flair and defensive solidity, and he’s been thriving in Andoni Iraola’s attack-minded, high-speed system.

“For me he is one of the best left-backs in world football already,” Troy Deeney recently said of Kerkez.

“He is exceptional with the ball and without it, runs all day and has loads of room to grow. It is not surprising that Liverpool have been linked to him.”
