Another talent of Bayern’s has had a good season out on loan.

Compared to the likes of Paul Wanner or Frans Krätzig, many Bayern Munich fans know little about Maurice Krattenmacher. The reason for that will be that the German attacking midfielder signed from SpVgg Unterhaching last summer and was sent out on loan to SSV Ulm on the very same day, meaning he made no impact in Munich.

That might be different this summer. Krattenmacher’s impressive performances in the 2. Bundesliga, which saw him voted Ulm’s Player of the Month at one point and become an important member of the team, has seen him attract attention at bigger clubs than Ulm, who will be relegated back to the 3. Liga. However, according to Kerry Hau (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), he could get a chance to impress Bayern head coach Kompany at the FIFA Club World Cup before that happens:

Several Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga clubs with promotion ambitions have enquired about Maurice Krattenmacher (19). After his loan spell in Ulm, Bayern are planning to send Krattenmacher on another loan at a higher level this summer. Bayern are also considering taking him to the Club World Cup in order to get to know the first team better before a loan move.

Hopefully, Krattenmacher will be able to showcase his talents, whether while training with Bayern or next season at a higher level than now.
