Reports suggest that Manchester United is closing in on Matheus Cunha, who could become one of the biggest moves of the summer. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils have fast-tracked negotiations and are willing to activate his €73 million release clause.

After delivering a fantastic season with Wolverhampton, it looks like Matheus Cunha is set to take on a new challenge starting in the 2025–26 campaign. Specifically, Manchester United is closing in on a high-profile move to sign the Brazilian striker.

The transfer window is heating up once again, and as usual, it promises bold moves and headline-making deals. It’s the perfect stage for Europe’s top clubs to flex their muscle and go all-in for elite talent.

This time, the spotlight is on a former Atlético Madrid player. Matheus Cunha, now 25, has truly found his form while wearing the Wolves jersey, delivering his best football to date.

And now, the buzz around him is getting louder, as he inches closer to an exciting new chapter.
