Shelbourne will hope to draw level on points with Drogheda United on Monday when they welcome them to Tolka Park in their 17th League of Ireland game of 2025.
The hosts are sixth in the 10-team league with 22 points following their 1-0 loss against Bohemians on Friday, while the visitors were held to a 1-1 stalemate by Derry City on the same day and are fifth with 25 points.
We say: Shelbourne 1-1 Drogheda United
Though Drogheda have been vulnerable at the back, their hosts have struggled to create chances in attack.
With both sides heading into Monday’s clash in subpar form, a low-scoring stalemate seems to be the most likely outcome.

An in-form Shamrock Rovers will welcome St Patrick’s Athletic to Tallaght Stadium on Monday as they look to extend their lead at the top of the League of Ireland Premier Division.
The Hoops will be hoping to make it four wins on the bounce to start the week, while Saints will try to build on their victory last time out.
We say: Shamrock Rovers 2-0 St Patrick’s Athletic
Rovers are in strong form ahead of this clash, and they will be confident of keeping their spot at the top of the table with a win.
In contrast, St Patrick’s have been poor away from home, and with three consecutive losses on the road prior to Monday, they are unlikely to bounce back this week.
