Chelsea are back in action on Sunday when they square off against Nottingham Forest in a pivotal final-day Premier League fixture.
After the Blues edged out Manchester United on May 16, they watched Forest hold on to earn a win at West Ham United two days later to set up a nerve-shredding closing game of the campaign at the City Ground.
The visitors know that victory will guarantee Champions League qualification for 2025-26, but defeat would result in the Blues participating in either the Europa League or Conference League next season.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea’s injury and suspension news ahead of making the trip to the East Midlands.
