Wolves are set for another midtable finish as the Bees strive for eighth, and here Sports Mole provides details of how to follow events in the Black Country this weekend.

What time does Wolves vs. Brentford kick off?

Wolves and Brentford will commence their final games of the Premier League season at 4pm, alongside the other nine matches in the division.

The Black Country outfit were successful during their most recent home match on a Sunday, beating Europa League winners Tottenham Hotspur 4-2 on April 13.

Where is Wolves vs. Brentford being played?

Over 31,000 supporters will pack into Wolves’ home of Molineux on Sunday afternoon for their final bit of Premier League action in 2024-25.

Brentford have happy recent memories of this particular West Midland trips, winning at the base of Wolves in February 2024 courtesy of goals from Christian Norgaard and Ivan Toney.

How to watch Wolves vs. Brentford in the UK

TV channels

Unfortunately for supporters of both teams, Wolves and Brentford’s match is not being shown on live TV in the UK.

Instead, Sky are broadcasting Liverpool vs. Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest vs. Chelsea, while TNT Sports are showing Manchester United’s home match against Aston Villa.

Online streaming

Wolves vs. Brentford will not be shown on any paid online streaming services, although fans with memberships to their respective clubs can listen to live commentary through their team’s websites.

Sky Sports’ Soccer Saturday programme will cover the event with commentary from a former player, while clubs and journalists’ social media accounts will provide live updates from inside Molineux on Sunday afternoon.

Highlights

Highlights of the West Midlands meeting will be posted to the Sky Sports Premier League Youtube Channel shortly after the full-time whistle.

Both clubs are expected to release extended highlights of the match, whilst supporters can tune into the highlights on BBC’s Match of the Day programme at 10.30pm on Sunday night.

What is at stake for Wolves and Brentford?

Should Brentford beat Wolves and Brighton & Hove Albion lose at Tottenham, Thomas Frank‘s men would move into eighth spot – a position potentially enough for a place in the Conference League.

Sunday’s hosts are currently 14th in the Premier League standings and cannot climb any higher, although they could drop down to as low as 17th should they suffer a 21st defeat of the league term.
