Manchester United are in a pretty torrid situation right now.
Indeed, the Red Devils sit 16th in the Premier League and after losing the Europa League final, they’re not going to be playing in Europe next season either.
There are massive problems at Old Trafford off the pitch, but, ultimately, what matters most is what’s happening on the pitch.
United have been poor, and many of their players have been miles off it this season.
Christian Eriksen is past his best, Joshua Zirkzee has been a waste of money, while Rasmus Hojlund has been terrible.
Hojlund has been heavily criticised as of late, and speaking on It’s Called Soccer, Gary Neville has now given his own damning verdict on the striker.

Neville spoke about Hojlund and his recent form after the Europa League final.
The pundit noted that the striker is seriously struggling right now, noting that he can’t even control a ball properly or make a run at the moment.
“Particularly Hojlund, he’s struggling like mad, the boy, he can’t control a ball, he can’t make a run, the service to him isn’t great,” Neville said.
“The reality of the performance for me, I wasn’t surprised by the team, but if Bruno’s not on his game then you’ve basically lost everything almost and Bruno probably had one of his most challenging games.”

Rasmus Hojlund looked to be an exciting signing when he arrived at Old Trafford.
Hojlund was highly-rated in Serie A with Atalanta, but, since arriving in Manchester, he’s been nothing short of poor.
At £72m, Hojlund looks like a busted flush, and the numbers show that he simply isn’t delivering.

Liam Delap has been linked to Manchester United, and it’s not surprising to hear that the Red Devils are looking for a new striker after Hojlund’s poor run.
Of course, at the age of just 22, Hojlund has time on his side to grow and improve as a footballer, but, at the moment, it’s hard to see how the United ace will make it as a top-level player at Old Trafford.
