Fulham lineup vs. Man City: Predicted XI for final Premier League game of 2024-25

Fulham will be without four players for their final Premier League game of the 2024-25 season against Manchester City at Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon.

Timothy Castagne underwent ankle surgery earlier this month and the defender is joined in the treatment room by Rodrigo Muniz, Harrison Reed (both calf) and Reiss Nelson (thigh).

Captain Tom Cairney and Harry Wilson both came off the substitutes’ bench to score in Fulham’s 3-2 comeback win at Brentford last weekend and will hope to force their way back into the starting lineup against Man City – the former may play his final game for the club after a decade at Craven Cottage as the Wrexham-linked midfielder is out of contract at the end of June.

While Cairney could battle with Emile Smith Rowe for a start in the number 10 role, Wilson is set to push Adama Traore for a place on the right flank as Alex Iwobi most likely continues on the left and top scorer Raul Jimenez leads the line.

Andreas Pereira and 18-year-old Joshua King are two more midfielders keen to earn a recall, but head coach Marco Silva may decide to stick with Sander Berge and Sasa Lukic in the middle of the pitch.

If Ryan Sessegnon is not operating further forward, then he could challenge Antonee Robinson for a start at left-back, while Calvin Bassey, Joachim Andersen and Kenny Tete are set to complete the back four, protecting Bernd Leno between the sticks.

Fulham possible starting lineup: Leno; Tete, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Lukic, Berge; Wilson, Cairney, Iwobi; Jimenez
