El VCF Alevín A completó este fin de semana una gran participación en LaLiga FC Futures en la que se quedó a las puertas de repetir presencia en la final y acabó tercero tras superar al Real Madrid CF en el partido por el tercer y cuarto puesto. El conjunto que en esta edición ha vuelto a dirigir Nacho Tarín ha completado un gran torneo en el que acabó invicto la fase de grupos con tres victorias (Getafe CF 3-0, UD Las Palmas 2-0 y RCD Mallorca 1-0) y un empate (At. Madrid 1-1) con 1 solo gol en contra. Superó al FC Barcelona (3-1) en unos espectaculares cuartos de final y solo cedió ante el Sevilla en las semis (2-1), para posteriormente superar en penaltis al Real Madrid en la lucha por la tercera plaza.
