TBR Football can exclusively confirm that Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Arsenal have all been offered the opportunity to sign Leroy Sane.
All four clubs could do with strengthening their ranks at the end of the summer and attacking players seem to be in their sights.
Mohamed Salah’s Liverpool future is uncertain, so the Reds may be in the market for a replacement on the flanks.
Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United are also set to look for attacking reinforcements in the summer.
TBR Football can also confirm what each club thinks about the prospect of signing Sane, along with the player’s thoughts on his future.
TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey can confirm that Sane has been offered to Liverpool, Tottenham, Man United, Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Intermediaries working with the Germany international representatives are touching base with a host of clubs across Europe.
Arsenal have shown some interest – but as it stands that is all it is. Likewise, Spurs, Man United and Newcastle are all keeping abreast of the situation.
There is also interest from Spain and Italy, as Sane wants all options available to him before deciding his next move.
He has not ruled out staying at Bayern Munich but it appears unlikely at this stage.
Back in 2019, Pep Guardiola branded Sane – then at Manchester City – as the best wide player in the world.
However, Guardiola insisted that, at the time, he wasn’t yet good enough to take up a central attacking role.
“He’s not ready to play in the middle now, you have to be so good to control the spaces,’ Guardiola said, as per Metro. “Maybe in the future.
“Sane is the best in the world playing out wide. I’d prefer to use him where he is strongest, he’s an incredible player.
“I’m not saying he can’t [play in middle] but at the moment we have better players to do that job.”

Since he left Man City and joined Bayern, Sane has mostly stuck with playing on the flanks.
However, he has also made 25 outings centrally, with a decent goal and assist tally in the position.
