The pick of Wednesday’s action sees Liverpool welcome Everton for the latest instalment of the Merseyside derby, while the reigning champions Manchester City will welcome struggling Leicester City to the Etihad Stadium.
This week’s action concludes on Thursday evening, and it should be a cracking affair at Stamford Bridge, with London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur locking horns.

Everton’s record at Anfield in the 21st century is among the worst any club has suffered against another in Premier League history, with their solitary win coming behind closed doors in 2021, and an eighth straight defeat in front of a crowd is likely, despite their current nine-game unbeaten streak.

How did you come to support Arsenal and what are your favourite memories from your time as a fan?
Chris: My grandfather grew up in Avenell Road, Highbury, North London overlooking Arsenal’s old ground, Highbury and their-then adjacent training pitch. He was evacuated down to Wales at the start of the war but brought The Arsenal with him and it’s been a generational thing in my family ever since.
My favourite memory as an Arsenal fan is probably watching them win the league at Old Trafford in 2002 (“Wiltooorrrrd!”). I was only 11 and it seemed like a given that Arsenal won things then but 23 years on, I can appreciate its significance.
A close second would be Reiss Nelson‘s last-minute winner against Bournemouth in 2023; in that moment, I was utterly convinced that it was some divine sign that we were meant to win the league! Alas…
Who have been your favourite five players for your club?
Chris: Ian Wright, Thierry Henry, Dennis Bergkamp, Robert Pires, Bukayo Saka
What’s going on with the band at the moment?
Chris: We’re just gearing up to release our second record, Midnight at The Valencia on May 23rd on Thirty Tigers before embarking on our biggest tour to date, across North America, the UK and Europe! Exciting times.
