TBR Football can exclusively confirm that Arsenal and Chelsea are eyeing an Aston Villa player who Unai Emery previously deemed “very important”.
Arsenal and Chelsea are likely to be busy in the summer transfer window as they look to bolster their ranks in pursuit of even more fruitful campaigns next time out.
The Gunners have reached the Champions League semi-finals, but they failed to mount a solid enough Premier League title challenge.
Meanwhile, the Blues are still in the picture for Champions League qualification and are also in the Europa Conference League semi-finals.
TBR Football can also confirm Morgan Rogers‘ transfer stance after reports emerged claiming Chelsea are interested in the Aston Villa forward.

Aston Villa and Morgan Rogers not looking to part company with Jacob Ramsey deemed more likely to leave this summer
TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey has confirmed that Villa are adamant that they are not looking to let Rogers leave.
Likewise, Rogers is not looking to go, while Chelsea themselves clearly admire the player, but they don’t believe he will be available.
Furthermore, Chelsea already have some midfield and attacking reinforcements arriving in the shape of Kendry Praez and Willian Estevao.
TBR Football understands that it is more likely that Jacob Ramsey leaves Villa – and he is a player who has caught the eye of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City.
The Villans are unsure whether Ramsey will pen a new contract at B6, and his sale would constitute pure profit for the club.
That said, Villa reckon their PSR situation is not as bad as it was due to the sale of Jhon Duran, therefore it remains to be seen if they need to sell any big names this summer.
TBR Football was previously told that Aston Villa value Ramsey in excess of £50million.

What Unai Emery previously said about Jacob Ramsey future
Ramsey has been in the sights of other Premier League clubs for a while now.
Last year, Villa manager Unai Emery was pretty candid about how valuable he considers Ramsey.
Speaking about Ramsey’s future last January, Emery said: “Jacob Ramsey is a very important player. He grew up in the academy and his progression is getting better.
“His level is increasing a lot and I want to keep him here with us. Of course, there are movements (speculation) around him.
“Maybe there are teams involved in the possibility to sign him because he has a big, big potential at Villa and in England. I want to keep him here, 100 percent.”
And last summer, Monchi confirmed that Villa received offers for Ramsey along with other key claret-and-blue players.
With PSR now firmly in the thinking of many clubs every year, along with Ramsey’s contract running until 2027, Villa may need to make a decision on his future while his stock is high.
