Manchester City will be aiming to make it seven wins from eight across all competitions when they welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to the Etihad Stadium on Friday night.

Pep Guardiola‘s side got the better of Nottingham Forest in their FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Sunday, setting up a showdown with Crystal Palace in the final in mid-May, while they are also in the driving seat to secure a top-five spot in the Premier League.

The race remains tight though, with five clubs still in the hunt for three places, and any slip-ups will likely be punished at this stage of the season.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up City’s latest injury and suspension news ahead of their showdown with Vitor Pereira‘s side, who made it six successive Premier League wins last time out, getting the better of a beleaguered Leicester City at Molineux.
