According to CaughtOffside, Newcastle United are showing strong interest in the 20-year-old midfielder and are closely monitoring his situation at Leicester.
They’re not alone, however, with Wolves, Aston Villa, and Fulham also keeping tabs on the highly-rated Moroccan.
And while Leicester City only signed him last summer from Genk, the club is reportedly prepared to sell him but are seeking a fee in the region of £34-38m.
The report adds that besides the interest from England, there is notable interest from abroad as well with the likes of RB Leipzig, Napoli, Lazio, and Atalanta all keeping tabs on the player, though none have made a formal approach yet.
Arsenal have also been linked with Bilal El Khannouss, with reports suggesting that the Gunners a side most keen to secure the Moroccan’s services.

The gifted midfielder, born in Belgium to Moroccan parents, has swiftly risen through the ranks to establish himself as one of the brightest young prospects in European football.
El Khannouss made his senior debut for Genk in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the squad.
