The club better have a plan in mind
Bayern Munich is going to have a busy transfer window in the summer before next season begins, having to replace players on their way out in the coming months. One of the players likely to leave, against his wishes, is Kim Min-jae.
The Korean defender has proved his worth to the club on more than one occasion, but has, just as often, found himself under scrutiny for his inconsistency and erroneous habits on the pitch. The club has made it clear that Kim could be sold for the right price, but does the defender himself want the same?
Per a report captured by iMiaSanMia, Min-jae isn’t exactly thrilled by the idea of having to leave Bayern:
“For me, there’s no reason to leave. I hope I can stay. But we’ll see. I just want to be fit next season.”
It would almost seem unfair to push Kim out of the club, just like Thomas Müller was, but unlike Müller, the center-back’s performances lately may justify his exit.
Let’s celebrate Bayern Munich’s Bundesliga championship and talk about what it means for several key members of the squad like Harry Kane, Eric Dier, and…Thomas Müller. Let’s also chat about late drama with Leroy Sané’s contract extension, Serge Gnabry potentially taking over for Harry Kane, and Kingsley Coman possibly wanting to stay in Bavaria as well.
