Adjustments might need to be made.

Of course, when it comes to evaluating the coaching of a team, the head coach of any team is usually the one credited for any success and lambasted for any failures. The same goes for Vincent Kompany at Bayern Munich. But this whole endeavor is a group effort, one that is comprised of Kompany and 5 other coaches in his coaching staff at the moment.

Two of those coaches may be leaving the club in the summer. Rene Marić has already been linked with Croatian club Hajduk Split and now @iMiaSanMia captures a report (from HLN.BE and Sudinfo) that it is Bram Geers’ turn to be linked with a move away:

Anderlecht are working on signing Bram Geers, athletic coach at FC Bayern. Geers has worked with Vincent Kompany in Anderlecht, Burnley and now at Bayern – but he would now like to return to Belgium. Talks with Anderlecht are progressing well.

It is deceptively difficult to find new coaches to work well with. Kompany and Co. might need to get creative in the summer.
