One of Arsenal’s main tasks in preparation to have a successful transfer window will be to get rid of all the deadwood on their books.
Jorginho could join Flamengo at the end of the season and Martin Zubimendi could sign for Arsenal to take the Italian’s place in the squad.
Arsenal are ready to sell Gabriel Jesus alongside the former Chelsea midfielder as well but the Gunners are concerned that suitors could shy away from signing the Brazilian as he is yet to recover from his ACL injury.
Fabio Vieira is another player whose future is uncertain at the Emirates Stadium.

Fabio Vieira looks likely to leave Arsenal in the summer
Vieira has impressed at FC Porto during his loan spell this season.
Mikel Arteta, who once dubbed the Portuguese midfielder as “dangerous” – as quoted by the Evening Standard would have been hoping that he could utilise him next season as he seems to have grown as a player.
But journalist Kayna Kaynak has told the Arseblog Arsecast: The Arsenal Podcast that he would be shocked if Vieira was not sold in the summer:” Fabio Vieira is still an Arsenal player. And I think Mikel Arteta would be potentially tempted to use him in the future if he doesn’t leave.”
“I would be highly surprised if he doesn’t leave this summer in one form or another.”
Could Max Dowman replace Fabio Vieira?
The £34 million (Sky Sports) man is clearly very talented and considering Martin Odegaard has had an underwhelming season, it would have been ideal if Arsenal deemed him ready to ease the burden off the Norwegian’s shoulders.
However, that does not seem to be the case whatsoever.
While Max Dowman could make his debut next season and is set to be named in Arsenal’s squad for their pre-season tour, the Gunners are aware that he is just 15 and it would be best to ease him in.
As a result, it is unlikely that Dowman could be given even semi-regular minutes at senior football and allowed to take his time to continue developing.
